CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

2. Purchase process:

• The user will select the desired products and add them to the cart.
• Before confirming the order, the user must review the details and accept the terms and conditions.
• Prices shown include applicable taxes (VAT).
• Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of the purchase by the user.
  
  

3. Size verification:

• It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the correct size using the sizing chart provided on each product page.
• In case the customer orders an incorrect size, the return shipping costs and the new shipping costs to receive the correct size will be borne by the buyer..
• We will not accept returns of products that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
  
  

4. Methods of payment: At www.yerbajo.com we accept the following forms of payment:

• Bank transfer.

5. Shipping and delivery:

• Shipments will be made within mainland Spain and other international destinations indicated.
• The usual delivery time is 5 working days for the Peninsula and 10 days for international shipments.
• Shipping costs will be indicated in the purchase process and will depend on the destination.
  
  

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

7. RETURNS

• The customer has the right to return the products purchased at www.yerbajo.com within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the products have not been used, are in their original condition and retain their original packaging.
• No returns of products or custom orders will be accepted unless they have manufacturing defects. unless they present manufacturing defects.

• The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product has manufacturing defects or errors attributable to www.yerbajo.com.

8. REFUND

• Once the return has been received and it has been verified that the products are in their original condition, the corresponding amount will be reimbursed. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the reception of the returned products.
• Reimbursement will be made through the same payment method used by the customer when making the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed upon.
• We will not reimburse the original shipping costs of the order, with the exception of those cases in which the return is due to an error on the part of www.yerbajo.com or due to defects in the products received.
• In case of return due to error in the size, the customer will assume the costs of return and shipping costs of the new product as established in the size verification policy.
  
  

9. Product warranty: All products sold on www.yerbajo.com have a 2-year warranty in accordance with Spanish consumer and user regulations.

11. Jurisdiction and applicable law:

• These conditions of purchase are governed by Spanish law, in particular by the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and the regulations applicable to electronic commerce.
• In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation or execution of these conditions, both parties agree that any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of the consumerif the latter acts as such in accordance with the definition established in the applicable regulations.
• In the event that the buyer is not a consumer, both parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of courts and tribunals of Zaragoza for the resolution of any dispute or conflict that may arise.
